Twisted Sister Café was born from Aine’s lifelong love of hospitality and connection. Growing up in a wonderful and deeply close knit family, some of her fondest memories were spent around the table with her two older sisters — sharing a bottle of wine, laughing playing music, swapping recipes, and diving into late-night conversations. Those moments of joy, food, and togetherness became the heartbeat of what Twisted Sister stands for today.

For Aine, cooking and hosting have always been about more than just good food- it’s her love language. It’s about creating a space for people to feel seen, welcome, and at to put it simpy — just have a good time. Whether you’re gathering with old friends or finding comfort among new faces- Twisted Sister is a place deep rooted in community. Inspired by her time at The Fox and Hounds, where she first experienced that sense of belonging in a new country, she wanted to bring that same warmth and community spirit into her own café.
